During the past few months I've been lending a hand helping outfit a couple of the local police and city pickups in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina. They'd lost all of their old vehicles and received several new ones in their place as a donation from Dodge Truck. The new pickups are really fine Quad Cab 4x4s. Being a lot better with a wrench and air gun than a hammer and circular saw, about the only thing I could offer my community was doing what I do best - tricking out a couple of the Rams so they are set up for multi-tasking instead of just transportation.
The cool part about this is a number of items that were installed to upgrade these Dodge Rams play just as beneficial and important a role in making any whitetail hunter's rig a very versatile piece of equipment.
