Irrigated Farm

An incredible farm with great water resources. 800 acres under pivot. All pivots on the property are new. There are 3 electric wells on the farm that are approximately 1100 feet deep. The pumps are set at 600 feet with the static water level being at 260 feet. All pumps and panel boxes are new. There are two barns on the property. One is 60 x 120, the other is roughly 60 x 60. There are 3 man made reservoirs on the farm for additional water. The entire farm is high fenced. Three of the pivots are planted in permanent bermuda, and currently over seeded with wheat and rye grass. The remainder of the property is planted in a wheat and rye grass mix. A newly constructed set of cattle pens are located at the front of the property and connected to the pastures by a long alley. All interior and pasture fences are newly constructed as well.
