Agents Comments: This is a turn key ranch. You have a great lodge, great wildlife and the ranch is in great shape. It is really hard to find a ranch this size and yet have such good quail, turkey, duck, and deer hunting on it. The house is fantastic and built really well. There has been a lot of thought that has been put together to make the ranch put together this well.
