Underground water is abundant under the ranch with the ranch having three water wells one of the wells is a solar well, the other well is electric with a submersible pump & the third one is drilled and cased but with no pump. There are two water troughs for supplemental watering for the wildlife provided by the water wells.
Wildlife: The ranch has an abundance of wildlife including whitetail, axis, zebra, aoudad, oryx, wildebeest, hybrid ibex, blackbuck, fallow deer, wild hogs, turkey & ducks. As of 4-2024 the ranch has approximately 10 whitetail bucks & 25 whitetail does, 4 axis bucks & 12 axis females, 1 zebra, 4 aoudads, 2 hybrid ibex, 5 wildebeest, 10-15 blackbuck females & 5-6 blackbuck males, 6-7 male fallow deer & 8-9 female fallow deer.
