Information Submission, Display and Restrictions
LW allows Users to submit property descriptions, company information, financial data, maps, photographs and other information to the Site for it to be publicly displayed. LW shall have the sole authority to choose the manner in which any property will be displayed, searched, accessed, downloaded, copied, and otherwise used on the Site. User agrees to allow the property listing, or any part of it, to be displayed, searched, accessed, downloaded, copied, and otherwise referred to by other users of the Site. Further, LW shall have the right to modify any information on the Site at any time. User agrees to receive all necessary authorization and rights before submitting any property descriptions, company information, financial data, maps, photographs, or any other information to the Site. The User represents and warrants that all properties and associated information provided to the Site will be accurate. The User agrees to update and maintain the accuracy of the information provided to the Site at all times. The User agrees not to post a property on the Site under a name other than the named individual that has been engaged by the property owner to market the property under the terms of a listing agreement. LW reserves the right to remove all or any part of information or refuse Services to anyone at any time in its sole discretion that refuses to abide by the terms and conditions herein.
Restrictions on Use
The Site contains, or may contain, including but not limited to, products, services, images, information, illustrations, logos, email newsletters, software, photographs, audio and video clips, graphics, links and other material collectively, called the "Content" that are protected by copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights, owned or controlled by LandWatch, third parties or their respective owners or licensees. All Content contained in the Site is copyrighted as a collective work of LW pursuant to applicable copyright law. This material is for personal use only and you agree to comply with any use and other restrictions contained in any Content available on or accessed through LW. Special rules may apply to the use of certain software and other items provided on the Site. Third Party Listing Managers
No third parties are allowed to manage listings/accounts for Brokers, Agents, or Property Owners. All Property Inquiries and any other LW-related emails must go directly from the LW system to the Owner, Broker, or Agent representing the listing and/or account.
Framing and Mirroring
Framing or mirroring any page or any information located on the Site is strictly forbidden.
Should any User of the Site respond by submitting information, feedback, data, questions, comments, suggestions, techniques, concepts, essays, know-how, ideas or the like including personally identifiable information such as name, address, telephone number, email address, or other information, such information shall be deemed to be non-confidential. All submissions, information and correspondence as stated above, shall become the property of LandWatch, and LandWatch shall have no obligation of any kind with respect to such information and you agree to grant to LandWatch a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use in any manner deemed acceptable. Said use may include but not limited to; reproduce, transmit, distribute, publicly display, and advertise such information. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Travis County, Texas, U.S.A. in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use ofLW.
