Metal Barn

A metal barn consisting of 3,250+/- sf was recently completed in 2022. The barn features four oversized garage door bays and is spray foam insulated. The barn is ideal for a car collection, workshop space, extra storage, and much more. A built-in office/flex space is finished out and includes central heat and air. A concrete slab wraps around the outside of the building on all four sides and is covered by an awning. The slab extends 20+/- ft wide in the front of the building and is 10+/- ft wide on the three additional sides.
