Frontier Shores is a partially-developed resort and residential community in scenic and historic Osage County, Oklahoma. The development has its own PRIVATE BOAT RAMP for the most convenient access possible to the lake. Frontier Shores is a Great Lake Side Community. The Subdivision is not fully developed which means there are still lots available for purchase and building. Cell phones worked everywhere when we were there. This Subdivision is Zoned Agricultural / Residential / Recreational, which means you can have a garden, as well as build a home there. The minimum house size is 650 sq ft. Camping and overnight RV's are not permitted. There is $50 per year due as association fees. There are no time limits to build, and no requirement to make you build. Taxes are about $10 per year per lot. There are No liens, taxes, and encumbrances due on the property. We will transfer ownership with a "Warranty Deed" which will Guarantee Free and Clear Ownership.

With an initial payment of $294 ($99 down payment + $195 document fee) we will finance the balance for as little as $158.90 per month for 7 years.
