In the spring of 22, to set this property apart from the neighbors, the current landowner had a land consultant come out and put a habitat plan together to help hold and attract deer and turkey. As a part of that plan there some logging was done to help clear some trees to allow for more cover and foliage to grow. You will notice how the logger followed the plan to drop treetops in strategic spots to help build some bedding areas as well.
The trails have been nicely maintained throughout the property. There are 2 primary ridges on the property with several draws that really concentrate deer traffic.
