2EZ Hunting Ranch
This ranch is one of the cleanest ranches in NW Texas. The 2EZ Ranch was designed for hunting by hunters. You will find 3 feeding stations with 2 recently seeded food plots and a protein feeder strategically placed on the ranch. The owner has a shooting range on the ranch to sight in your rifles. For the bird hunters, a skeet range has been cleared. The road/trail system around the ranch makes it very easy to access any part of the land in your pickup or ATV. There are two stocked tanks for the fishing enthusiast and to take care of wildlife and cattle. The ranch carries a wildlife exemption. Fences are all in good shape.

After a day of hunting, you can relax in one of the two cabins. Both are 1 bedroom 1 bath and both have loft sleeping. The larger cabin has a full kitchen and measures approximately 32X15 plus a 6X15 covered porch. The small cabin measures approximately 24X12 with a small covered porch. Between the cabins is a concrete sitting area with fire pit. All of this sits among many huge oak trees. Offset from the cabins and sitting area is a large barn on a slab to hold all of your ranch toys. The barn has 220v & 110v with sink and has a washer and dryer and measures approximately 50X50. There is a large rollup door and a smaller entry door on the side. Close to the barn is an RV pad with 50amp service. Both electric service and co-op water service are provided by Ft Belknap.
