A payment equal to 10% of the purchase price will be due within 24 hours of the auction via Wire Transfer or Certified Funds. The balance will be due on or before March 14, 2025, by certified funds, or a direct wire transfer to the closing agent. The 2024 and all prior taxes will be paid by the sellers.
