Sarah Simpson Tract is located in Anderson County, South Carolina near Starr. It can be accessed via Sarah Simpson Road. Greenville is only a short hour drive away and Clemson is a quick 40 minutes away from the property. If the lake is the place that you love, Hartwell and Russell are not that far- approximately 30 minutes and 40 minutes, respectively (by car). However, there is a boat landing right across the street from this tract which allows you to traverse the waters by boat.

An internal network of roads allows for easy access to the entirety of the tract. The majority of the tract is upland planted pines with the balance in hardwoods. There is also the added bonus of maintained wildlife food plots.
