Notes from photographer: This parcel is in a housing community in the woods south of Concho and north of Show Low. Its about a 30 min drive from the lot to either town, which has everything anyone would ever need. The parcel itself is wooded around the edges, but has a large clearing in the middle suitable for building. The road leading here is a little rough in places, but not a showstopper. There are many neighbors with nice homes. I even saw a wolf on the property, which is rare. There are utilities available and cell service was great. This is an amazing piece of land as youll see in the images and video.
