You can call area well drillers to explore the cost of a water well. The sunny days in Arizona make it ideal for solar power. Elevation here is over 6,000 feet which moderates summer temperatures. The average high in July is 89 degrees and the average low in December is 19.
These are gorgeous properties, just a short drive from the intersection of Highway 191 and Highway 61.
There are no property owners association or home owners association. There are no subdivision restrictions.
