This timbered tract is located in an area that has the potential to be a great whitetail property. The bones are here and ready for the new owner to make this a wildlife mecca. The timber is mostly oak which is still about ten years from a solid harvest, but you could definitely do some bedding cells in spots to thicken it up. The north end of the property is an ideal spot for a food plot to feed the deer forward to the big AG fields. As I walked the property, I didn’t see any signs of neighbors hunting near the lines. You may want to take a long hard look at this one; if you are in the market for a nice recreational tract, don’t hesitate to call.
