On aptly named Look Out Hill there is a perfect viewing point on an outcropping off the improved road that is a wonderful place to sit relax and enjoy drink and soak-up the surrounding views. WATER: There is a spring on the property that feeds into Indian Creek creating several secluded pools of water that typically have water in them year round. The water from the spring runs down the creek bed to a tall drop off creating a soothing waterfall effect.

TERRAIN: The terrain as you enter the ranch is gently sloping and studded with live oak trees. There is a main road that leads to the functional ranch house and barn. As you drive on the established trail system along the plateaus of the property you traverse along some open terrain with native grasses and live oaks leading into a more heavily wooded portion of the ranch. The wooded portion of the ranch consists mainly of live oak, Spanish oak, persimmon, and cedar trees making for some great terrain for game to hold in. As you continue driving to the S/W of the property you reach the canyon and the trail is drivable all the way down to a beautiful valley meadow that has huge trees giving you a completely different feel than any other portion of the ranch. You have to see this area to appreciate it. Wet weather creek at the base of the canyon is a Hwy for game to travel through. In the main area of the valley there is a spring that runs over a trickling waterfall into a nice sized pool of water running all the way to Indian Creek. Going up look out hill on the improved road the views just keep getting better and better about 3/4 of the way up the hill there is an out cropping that is a perfect place stop and take in the views.
