20 miles west of Bandera.

From Bandera, north on Hwy. 16 for three miles, then west on Hwy. 470 for 12 miles to Tarpley, then north on Thomas Creek Road 4.5 miles to the end-of-the road / property entrance.

Thomas Creek Road is initially a paved county road for a short distance, then caliche county road - total distance of 2.6 miles (Do Not go past this point without permission).

At this point the county road ends and begins a caliche private easement road a distance of 1.9 miles to the property.
