Michigan Cabin For Sale - This cabin is located on a 36+/- acre wooded parcel that has the Hickey Creek flowing along its eastern side. The Hickey Creek is a tributary of the Sturgeon River (two miles to the north), a Type 1 Fishing Stream. This river flows for about 100 miles, and you will find some brookies, browns and rainbows in this area. The parcel has excellent access off the US Highway that runs along its southern border, and it is adjacent to Corporate and Private CFA lands on the west and north, for access to thousands of acres of land for walk-in hunting and fishing. Parent Lake, a 162 acre shallow lake for perch fishing is a mile away. Trail No. 8, a multi-use State Trail for foot, bike, ATV or horseback spring through fall, and for skiing and snowmobiling in the winter, is about 2 miles away. A 30x30 metal pole building was turned into the cabin which sleeps several people. The cabin is heated by a free standing wood-burning stove in the main room and an Lp-gas stove is available for cooking. A well and septic has been installed, but the well has not been hooked to the cabin. The bathroom has a shower stall with a water tank and a 12-volt sprayer pump. An indoor toilet has not been installed, so an Out House is used for toilet facilities. Possession will be three days after Closing.
