- There are not many ranches that have a history of big deer that can be laid down on the table in front of you, this ranch has that history. Well documented big deer have consistently been harvested from this ranch year after year. It is completely ready to hunt with 8 permanent blinds, numerous tree stands, and a 20 ton and 10 ton stationary bulk feeder in place.

- The ranch has a 480-acre sanctuary that is fenced out in the most interior parts of the ranch. It has not seen cattle for many years and the habitat has grown to show it. This is where the crops fields, alfalfa, and food plots are located and in this area there is also numerous tree groves and some large shelter belts that serve as travel corridors and bedding.

- The Cimarron River lays just over the hill which, of course, is a consistent supplier of age structured deer. Within the ranch is Crooked Creek, never dry but instead always flowing with knee deep clear water, what a rare source to have available.

- There is a 60 +/- acre field of brand new fall of '13 alfalfa that is thriving and lush. The field is watered by a year 2000 T-L brand irrigation pivot. The pivot is supplied by a Duramax Diesel engine and well. Please call for additional information on well.

- The well and pump engine were constructed and installed to have the ability to supply an additional wiper pivot and could be expanded upon to irrigate additional acreage of wheat and/or milo. There is currently an additional 61 acres planted to wheat for production and food plots.

- There main ranch outside of the sanctuary also contains ample water with 5 working windmills with tanks and two of those tanks also have overflow piping to a second tank, so 7 tanks are watered in all. There is also a solar well that supplies a small tank which can be used as a tree watering system.

- The deep draws and huge elevation changes allow for numerous bedding areas throughout the ranch. This keeps plenty of hunting options active depending on wind and food sources. Several ways in and out of the most important blocks of the ranch allow great access with NO road frontage.

- There is an older home that is located in the town of Englewood, Kansas that is included with the property. It has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and is very comfortably re-modeled. It is perfect for a hunters retreat. The house is approximately 15 minutes from the ranch.
