Trio Timber and Recreation Tract

This 395-acre timber and recreation property borders on the National Forest. The property sits just north of HWY 82 in the Trio Community, southeast of Centreville, AL. A year-round creek bisects the property with several hardwood drains providing great diversity for wildlife. The ridges are mostly comprised of a 15 +/- yr. old pine plantation that is ready for harvest. The property is accessed by multiple access points through adjoining landowners.
