Historic ranch dating back to the 1860's with same family ownership for over 150 years. Views from the top of Round Mountain are so impressive a town was given the name in the 1850's. Lake LBJ can be seen along with miles of scenic views.
Location: The ranch has pavement road frontage on FM 962 and lies between Hwy 71, 281 and FM 962. Excellent proximity to major cities with Austin, TX being within 45 miles and San Antonio being within 75 miles. Horseshoe Bay Resort, Baylor Scott and White Medical Center and Marble Falls are all within a few short miles.
Wildlife and Terrain: This ranch has both the perfect mixture of topography and habitat teaming with Whitetail deer and turkey. Water and improvements: Slick Rock Creek runs through the property for approximately 2000 feet. Two water wells with storage tanks are on the North side and a half acre tank is close to the South side. A large hunting cabin with plenty of room for a number of guest includes all utilities and two fireplaces. Electricity runs to the cabin and through the North part of the ranch.
Minerals and Taxes: Mineral ownership is believed to be 100% and is negotiable. It is under Agricultural exemption.
