Tract Description: The North Block Tract is described as the S of the NE , and the NE of the SE , all in Section 10, Township 12 South, Range 11 West, Bradley County, Arkansas, containing 120 tax acres, more or less. The tract is located about 10 miles northwest of Warren, Arkansas off of Bradley Road 15.

The North Block Tract consist of a 28 acre 2014 pine plantation, a 33 acre seed tree stand that was cut in 2012 and release sprayed in 2013, a 13 acre stream side management zone that was thinned in 2014 and the remaining acres are currently under contract until July 30, 2015 to have all timber harvested except the seed trees.
