Ash Creek Ranch

Located south of Alpine, Texas the 2596 acre Ash Creek Ranch features volcanic mountain grasslands extending from its frontage on Texas 118 to the high western rim of Doubtful Canyon with distant views of the Del Norte Mountains to the east.

Habitat types include desert scrub, desert grassland, riparian zones, Juniper-Pinon-Oak Woodlands to deciduous canyon woodlands.

Wildlife in the area consists of elk, desert mule deer, pronghorn antelope, scaled quail and abundant white wing dove.

The ranch headquarters is easily accessible from State Highway 118 and is equipped to support a thriving cattle operation with ample wells, storage, water distribution systems, and water troughs throughout the ranch including working pens and shipping pens.

The namesake Ash Creek is located near the ranch headquarters and the western boundary of the property.
