This property can ONLY be accessed from the West exiting off Highway 118 onto Terlingua Ranch Road and then proceeding to the far Northeast corner of Terlingua Ranch on ranch roads! This property can NOT be accessed from Highway 385 to the East!

1.) From the intersection of Highway 118 and Terlingua Ranch Road.

2.) Head East on Terlingua Ranch Road for approximately 8.53 miles until you reach E Cedar Springs Road.

3.) Turn Left (Northeast) onto E Cedar Springs Road and continue for approximately 13.63 miles until you reach Smithsonite Road.

4.) Turn Right (Southeast) onto Smithsonite Road and continue for approximately 1 mile until you reach Devils Root Road.

5.) Turn Right (East) onto Devils Root Road and continue for approximately 2 miles until you reach Claret Cup Road.

6.) Turn Left (Northeast) onto Claret Cup Road and continue for approximately 2 miles until you reach Sotol Road.

7.) Turn Left (West) onto Sotol Road and continue for approximately 0.25 miles and the property will come up on the Left (South) side of the road.
