Johnny Gulch
1750 acres of rolling to marginally steep hills covered with grass and some juniper trees along with a few pine trees. Lots of draws and rock crags. Well water 2 with 2 seasonal creeks that are spring fed with 4 very good springs. The ranch has run up to 175 pair of cattle June 15th through October 1st. Lots of old cabins and other old buildings, probably some old dumps (100 years or older) that havent been dug in yet. Lots of deer, some elk as well as bear and mountain lions. Very easy access off highway 12, then about 9 miles on a paved secondary road, turn left at the Johnny Gulch sign and go about 6 miles on a good country road your truck or ATV through the property and look at the old miner s cabins and you get the feel of real Montana a 120 years ago.
