HISTORY: The ranch was purchased by T.S. Proctor, Secretary-Treasurer and General Manager of the Falfurrias Creameries, producer of the famous Falfurrias Butter. The plant was the finest of its kind in Texas, and the equipment was recognized as the standard. T.S. came to Falfurrias in 1916 and purchased this ranch over several years. The ranch has remained in the same family since the time of purchase.
IMPROVEMENTS: The ranch compound is in a beautiful setting tucked in the middle of a grove of large oak trees that overlook Hauser Lake. The gracious main house is 3,050 has 3 bed rooms and 2 bathrooms, a spacious combination living/dining room with large windows that frame views of the lake, an office, a beautifully updated kitchen that was originally built in 1906, and a 2 car garage.
