Old Seven Homestead

This former southeast Georgia farmstead, as evidenced by some 8 or 9 time and weather-worn buildings, was built in the early 1900s. The buildings include a larger home, tenant house, tobacco barns, mule barn, feed barn, shelters, and other buildings. All buildings bear evidence of the past with activities like row crop farming, turpentining, and timber production. Today the property is dedicated primarily to timber production and recreational use.

The property, in the shape of a 7, is traversed by an interior road system and trails providing access over the land. The tract has approximately 37 acres of old field planted in seven-year-old Longleaf pine. The remainder of the acreage is in regenerating pine and hardwood with some lower hardwood area providing cover and water for wildlife.

The property is currently zoned Multi for a broad possibility of uses.
