Overall tree cover is fairly dense, providing excellent habitat for game and the open meadows are ideal for food plots. Along the river is a 50 acre coastal field. There are 4 wells, the newest one drilled in 2011 and yields 30 GPM. Excellent hunting for deer, turkey, dove, hogs, and varmints.
Improvements include a nice 3-1 brick home (1,747 sq ft). The home is in very good condition and is well suited for a weekend home or foreman's residence. There is also a small hunter's cabin.
