This is a 374 acre tract about 5 mi northwest of Big Creek MS. The timber is mostly cut but there is a lot left that could still be harvested. There is a pretty good road system on the property and 1 mile of public gravel road.there is an old home place on the property that would make excellent cabin site with water and electricity available. This place is surrounded by large tracts of timber company land and is excellent deer and turkey hunting property. Several creeks and streams provide year round water for game.Place could be turned into great tree farm. There is several hardwood hollows that are covered with Turkeys.

This is the first time I have shown the property since the cold weather has knocked the leaves off and I was really surprised at how much timber is left. it definitely enough to harvest.

Also the cabin on the property would make a great hunting club house.The siding is ship lap lumber that is in good shape but could use some paint. There is a couple of relatively new porches with metal roofs. Main part of house has a metal roof and did not notice any leaks.
Place Has community water and electricity and would not take much to turn it into a fine huntin camp And close enough to Grenada lake, the best trophy Crappie and Bass lake in the country, to make it an even better place to hang out.
