The San Francisco Bay Area of California is the most populated area in northern California. The area is filled with attractions, landmarks, coastal mountain ranges and beautiful coast lines. San Mateo County and Santa Cruz County are the two of the smallest counties in the state of California. Most of the area is heavily developed but both counties offer beautiful coastlines that are flanked by cliffs. Santa Cruz County also has a thriving agricultural area concentrated in the cities of Watsonville and Corralitos.
