Swartz Draw Ranch

The Swartz Draw Ranch consists of 975 +/- deeded acres and has an extensive pipeline system fed by a well. There are two reservoirs on this property providing ample water for livestock and wildlife. The terrain on the ranch ranges from timbered ridges to protected, grassy draws with multiple potential cabin sites. The property is located 50 miles north of Gillette and is accessed off of Bitter Creek county road, which is maintained year-round.
