RANCH MANAGER AND THEIR RESIDENCE:

Above the barn is a fully modern, 1400 square-foot manager quarters. It has 3 bedrooms and 1 full bath. The apartment has central HVAC, and ample windows for keeping track of the ranch entrance, parking area, and arena. It leads out to a private cat walk that also looks into the arena, stall area and pasture.

The ranch manager is an accomplished cutting horse trainer. His uncanny ability to gently work with horses is nothing short of amazing.

THE LOG HOME:

The custom-designed and quality-built Wisconsin Log Home is a magnificent. It has four bedrooms, three full baths and a loft than can be converted into an office or bedroom. One of those bedrooms includes a bunk room which sleeps four. Surround-sound speakers are in every room. The master bedroom has two walk in closets, a master bath and direct access to a hot tub room. The cabin is also equipped with cutting edge electric (440) and a propane powered generator (whole house) which prevents any service interruptions.
