CASTRO COUNTY - The largest part of the tracts in Castro County are in the NEW Conservation Reserve Program that begins in 2006 ending in 2016. Existing CRP contracts for Castro County are in the process of being extended for an additional three years. Each tract has good fencing and domestic/stock water.
DEAF SMITH COUNTY - The tracts in Deaf Smith County are currently enrolled in the Conservation Reserve Program and are in the process of being extended for additional two years. Each tract has good fencing and domestic/stock water.
The water rights for all tract have been sold to the City of Hereford, Texas except for Tract #8 on the plat (S 1/2 of Sect. 1, League 2, Tucker Subd)in which all water rights are owned by the Seller. Domestic/Stock water use has been retained by the Seller on the tracts in which water rights are owned by the City of Hereford, Texas.
