FM 145 Irrigated Quarter

This irrigated farmland is located in Southwest Castro County in a very productive area. Crops grown in the area include cotton, corn, wheat, sorghum and silage for local feedyards and dairies.

The farm has two irrigation wells and one Valley center pivot sprinkler which irrigates approximately 120 acres with two corners being dryland and the balance in grass. The irrigation wells all have submersible electric motors and pumps, supplying a combined total of approximately 350 GPM per the seller.

Soils are mostly Olton clay loam with Estacado and Acuff loam soils as well. This is a good farm with a variety of cropping options in a very productive farming area with excellent access via FM 145 paved frontage!
