The Pronghorn Draw Ranch is 23,000+/- acres of prime pronghorn antelope country in the heart of New Mexico. Rolling grasslands in the shadows of the Capitan mountains are literally where the deer and antelope roam. Strong grasses fatten cattle and grow big speed goats, and this ranch is in an antelope unit known to harvest some of the biggest pronghorn in the state. Native grasses grow rich and tall, plentiful water, great fences and corals, practical improvements, all make the Pronghorn Draw Ranch a fully functional, turn key, cattle and hunting property.

The ranch is situated just north of the Capitan Mountains. The entire property is rolling grasslands ideal for raising cattle. The BLM has rated the ranch to carry up to 400+/- Animal Units. Native grasses are in abundance and include varieties such as Blue Grama, SideOats Grama, Silver Bluestem, Big Sacaton, and Hairy Grama.
There are currently no grazing leases and all owned mineral rights convey.

Annual precipitation is between approximately 13-18 inches per year.
WATER:
The 15 mile draw is a seasonal creek that winds its way down the entire length of the property. The draw is known to carry lots of water and runs between the headquarters and main pens.
10 water storage tanks dot the ranch and 30+/- miles of pvc and poly pipeline carry water to over 30 drinkers spread out over the entire ranch, making the ranch extremely well watered.
Multiple dirt tanks catch and hold rainwater.
4 wells
150 gpm well, currently has a 5 horsepower submersible electric motor and pump.
Solar panel well, has never pumped air and has utility electricity and submersible electric motor and pump.
Solar well that has a submersible pump with timer and backup generator.
An extra well, currently not in use.

Access
The Ranch is located approximately 60 miles from Roswell, 46 miles from Vaughn, and 37 miles from Corona.
Access to the ranch is via a well maintained dirt road with cattle guards. Approximately 3.5 miles from the blacktop to the headquarters.
Income
The BLM has rated the ranch to carry up to 400+/- Animal Units. Current weather conditions allow for 300 animal units.
6 landowner antelope permits are issued each year.
Hunting on the ranch includes pronghorn, mule deer, aoudad, blue quail, and various varmints.
IMPROVEMENTS:
The main house is a 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom well maintained modular home with large trees and a fenced in yard. The foreman house/hunting cabin is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom mobile home with permanent roof and deck.
Three compartment overhead feed bin attached to the metal equipment barn with concrete floor
Box car for storage along with a metal frame pole barn for hay are included by the main metal pipe working pens equipped with hydraulic squeeze chute and loading/unloading chute.
