Southern Tier Woods and Meadows
This property in the Southern Tier is a mix of deer meadows and hardwood forest and is located on a seasonal road with some southern facing views. Several trails on the property can be used for hiking or hunting. While touring the land, our land guides saw plenty of signs of deer and turkey on the land. Also, several state forests are within a short drive for excellent southern tier hunting and outdoor recreation. Snowmobile trails are close by for winter fun. An adjoining 8-acre lot is available for additional acreage.
