The facility was designed to support an aquaponic operation and an on-site rainwater collection reservoir was envisioned. Average rainfall is 42in per year. Located approximately 20-minutes south of Portland, Oregon, the site offers convenient access to either Highway 99W or Interstate-5 and a dense population base.
