The south part of the property is younger timber and has open areas that would allow for food plots. Everything north of the high voltage line is rolling mature hardwoods with good timber value. Most of the timber is large white oaks with other hardwood species. There is a big flat area along the east side that runs almost the entire length of the property. Along the west side of this flat are several ravines that eventually run down to the North Fork and a smaller feeder creek.
