Research Parcel InformationFrom Rison, Arkansas, at the intersection of Highway 35 and Highway 133 at the county courthouse, travel south on Highway 35 for about 11.9 miles to Rye Cut Off Road. (County Road 56). Turn right (south) onto Rye Cut Off Road and travel 2.7 miles to Vence Bluff Road (County Road 109). Turn right on Vence Bluff Road and travel for 2.0 more miles to a woods road on the right. A To Land For Sale sign and pink flags are located at this woods road. Turn right and travel down the woods road and follow pink flags for about 0.2 miles to the east line and a Kingwood Land For Sale sign with pink flags. The east line of the tract is painted with red boundary line paint. The access route shown is across other timberland ownerships and is for property inspection purposes, but does not constitute an easement.
