Pecan orchard located approximately 45 miles south from Willcox and I-10, Cochise County, Arizona. The property consists of 213 gross acres with 96 acres of mature producing pecans and 73 acres of new plant and third leaf pecans. Irrigation is provided from three irrigation wells delivering water to trees through solid state sprinklers. Improvements include: residence, shop, barns and pecan pre-cleaning equipment.
