The terrain varies from level at the entrance to sloping down to the creek bed in the west. The soil is a typical sandy loam and the vegetation includes a nice mix of pines, oaks, and creek bottom hardwoods. The main creek crosses the SW corner of the tract while a smaller, seasonal creek runs almost the entire length on the south side before joining the main creek. There are any number of options if you plan to build a home or a hunting camp (the remnants of a very old homestead point to one possible location).
