The water quality is excellent.
Recreation: The ranch has been game fenced for many years, providing excellent trophy deer hunting. In addition to the trophy deer, there are a lot of Rio Grande Turkey and a small herd of Axis deer (approximately 25head). The deer are all native, no introduced genetics, with deer scoring as much as 199 5/8. The deer I have seen have all been in excellent condition.
