21-006 Lee Tract -
This +/-323-acre tract lies a few miles south of Evergreen and is bisected by Interstate 65. The timber consists of an excellent stand of variable age loblolly plantation - 187 acres of 2nd generation trees planted in 2008, and 77 acres of 2nd generation planted in 1999 which has been 1st thinned. In addition, there are 15 acres of natural timber that has been 1st thinned. Woods roads off Highway 23 provide access to both the north and south parcels. This is an excellent timberland tract which offers outstanding hunting, but obviously has some transitional land potential because of its location. This property is offered as a whole or in three separate parcels, all of which offer frontage on County Highway 23. One half the subsurface mineral rights will be transferred upon a sale of the property.
