The woods are bordered by large neighboring hidden fields where the deer often feed and bed at night before returning to the woods in the morning for shelter. I walked around the land along the forest trails on two occasions and saw deer and turkey both times. The first time was towards evening and the turkeys came out of their roosts high in some large oak trees.
