This Grand O'Lady has a lot of great history. The original home was built by George Reynolds in 1810. An addition was built in 1820 and the sellers stated the home is eligible for the National Historian Register. In 1863 George Reynolds was exempted from the war between the states because he was a blacksmith. All materials, boards, nails outside and inside are original to the home. Forged by the Reynolds family. Bricks were fired at the creek forge near the home. The home includes 5 bedrooms, 1 bath and 4 fireplaces. There is a 200 year old Ash tree in the front yard welcoming you on hot summer days. Home needs TLC and is being SOLD AS IS.
