Used by the Girl Scouts of America from the 1950s until 4 years ago, this property is a paradise of rolling terrain, creeks, tall trees and fishing hole. The property has electricity, septic system, deep water well and propane. The main gathering structure is approximately 35 feet in diameter and was used as the camp kitchen and gather area. There is also a shower and toliet facility and well as two remaining cabin structures.
There are 4 walking paths from the main structure that were used as hiking trails and have points of interest marked along the way.
The property is ideally suited for a church camp, corporate retreat, family compound ( there are numerous building sites throughout) or a residential development.
