Situated just south of the state line lies the Sweat Swamp Tract. With exception of two high and dry building lots at the end of Dunes Court, the majority of this tract is confined to the limits of Sweat Swamp that is known as an excellent wintering area for waterfowl in northeastern S.C. and along the greater Pee Dee Migration Route through S.C.
