Water: There are three water wells. Located at the house are two of the wells. One of the wells provides water to the house, and the other well has water piped to one of the ponds and water troughs. Each well has a large water storage tank. There are five ponds on the property, with four holding water during the wet seasons. The third water well has been cut off from power but is in place if the new owner would prefer to turn it back on. There are a total of four water troughs.
Improvements: Previous owners built a ranch home to accommodate family, friends, and hunters, including four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The home has an open concept living, kitchen, and dining area. There is a carport on the front of the house and enjoyed in the summer heat are a lovely patio and swimming pool off the back porch.
