If you look at the maps at the end of the pictures, you will see that North Union is a part of a chain of lakes including Stony, Brophy, Taylor Cowdrey and ultimately Darling. A smaller boat would allow you to access those lakes. There are numerous other area lakes one can trailer a boat to. As far as wildlife goes, there is good sign of deer and when first pulling into the property to evaluate it, there was a nice “3 pack” bachelor group of bucks in the hay field. I also saw a nice tom turkey and a hen and some ducks and geese on the lake and small pond just inside of the woods' edge. There is an absolute lights out pinch point in the northwest corner of the woods going back and forth between this property and the neighboring property to the north which is owned by Arrowwood Resort. To my knowledge, there is no hunting on the Arrowwood property. The back west bay to the hay field is a prime location for a food plot.
