Two Pony Ranch

Two Pony Ranch is 350 +/- acres of hunting and grazing land featuring a mile and a half of the Currycomb Branch of the Sabana River, as well as, two other wet weather creeks that are running through the property. This recreational tract has multiple pockets of water and a one acre tank. The ample amount of water makes this property ideal for farming, ranching and grazing. In addition, the creeks bring in areas of densely covered hardwoods to provide habitat for whitetail deer, turkey, dove and feral hogs. The hardwoods populating the creek consist of post oak trees, live oak mots, hackberries, mesquites and large elm trees.
