The Boss Rd Farm and Timber Tract is located off Prospector Dr, just North of Hwy 378 in Northeastern Edgefield County, 10 miles West of Saluda and 10 miles North of Edgefield. The tract consists of approximately 38.02 acres split between 26 acres of timber and 12 acres of established agricultural fields currently used for row cropping. The timber is comprised of mostly mature pine, which is ready to be thinned, and a few areas of scattered hardwood around the field edges.
